Preheat oven to 350º
Combine cream cheese and spice rub, set aside. Using the edge of a spoon, deseed and remove membranes from the jalapeño halves. Fill each half with cream cheese mixture. Carefully wrap each halved jalapeño with a strip of Sriracha Bacon, secure with toothpicks if necessary. Sprinkle all poppers with additional spice rub.
Place jalapeno poppers on a baking sheet and into preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until jalapeños are softened and cream cheese has developed a lightly toasted appearance. Top with lime zest if desired.
