Tangy, creamy and the perfect cool side dish for those Summer pool parties, this southern-style potato salad is packed with flavor from our perfectly-balanced herb blend.

Ingredients:

2lbs small red and Yukon Gold potatoes
¼ cup green onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup celery, finely chopped
½ cup of mayonnaise|
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
¼ cup dill relish
2 tbsp Savage Jerky Herb Blend
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt & Pepper to taste 

Directions:

Bring a medium pot of well-salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until fork tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool. Meanwhile, in a large bowl add Savage Herb Blend and remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Once potatoes are cool enough to handle, dice potatoes into medium pieces and add to the bowl with the dressing. Stir will to combine, for best results allow salad to set up in refrigerator overnight, but can be served immediately.
