Directions:
Sloppy Joe
Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a large cast iron skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Sautee onion and bell pepper until softened and translucent, approximately 5 minutes. Add garlic and continue cooking for a minute more. Add ground beef and cook until browned, drain excess fat. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, hot sauce, brown sugar and continue to cook until the mixture has thickened and reduced slightly, season with salt and pepper, serve on a toasted bun.
Potato Wedges
Pre-heat oven to 400º and bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, remove and drain on a baking sheet lined with paper towels. Dry potato wedges well, then season with olive oil, Herb Blend, paprika and salt & pepper to taste. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until crispy- turning once. While potatoes are hot, season with additional salt & pepper as needed.
