Savage Jerky Co. is a veteran owned company lead by Denver-based entrepreneur Ryan Surroz. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, he served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. Surroz honed his leadership skills by rising through the ranks and receiving his MBA from University of Rochester’s Simon School. He developed a breadth of expertise in business strategy over nearly a decade of management consulting. Fortuitously he discovered Savage Jerky Co. and took over control of the company in 2020.
