We rate all of our jerky products from mild to extreme. The Bourbon Glaze is the mildest of the BBQ jerkies, followed by mildly spicy Bold BBQ beef jerky and medium-level Peri Peri BBQ bacon jerky.
One is sriracha based and the other is a Savage homemade classic.
