Ingredients:
- 1 oz Zero Sugar Simply Smoked Bacon Jerky
- 1 cup shredded cheese (preferred blend)
- 2 eggs
- 1 breakfast roll (or preferred bread)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese blend into a pan on low to medium heat. Pour in whisked eggs and top with remaining cheese. Place a lid over the pan to help eggs cook on both sides. Once the eggs are no longer runny, remove lid and place your bread roll (open faced) on top of the eggs. Remove the pan from heat and flip the open sandwich onto a plate. Add Zero Sugar Simply Smoked Bacon Jerky and fold sandwich in half. Breakfast is served!
