Loaded Breakfast Burrito

Fuel your day with a breakfast burrito packed with bacon jerky AND ground beef. Loaded with protein and flavor, is there a more satisfying way to start the day?

 

Ingredients (per burrito)

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices purely peppered bacon jerky
  • 1/4lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup golden potatoes, diced
  • cheddar cheese, shredded (or preferred blend)
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 flour tortilla, burrito size (low card or preferred)

 

Brown beef over medium heat, add seasoning and set aside. In the same pan, cook diced potatoes until crispy. About 5 minutes. In a separate pan, scramble eggs over low to medium heat until cooked to preferred consistency. On a flat tortilla, sprinkle cheese and add ground beef, potatoes and eggs. Roll and fold into burrito and demolish.
