Add some serious spice to game day with these Carolina Reaper Quesadillas! Loaded with blended cheese, toasty tortillas and our infamous Carolina Reaper jerky, this one will light up the party in no time.
- 1 soft tortilla
- Several pieces of Savage Jerky Carolina Reaper Jerky (whole or cut up/torn)
- 1/4 c. shredded Mexican cheese
Lay the tortilla shell flat in the bottom of a small skillet and place or sprinkle jerky pieces on half of the shell, followed by shredded cheese. Fold over the other half and toast each side on medium heat for about 3 minutes each (pressing down the edges with a spatula) or until the cheese begins melting. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Cut with a pizza cutter or knife.
