Savage Jerky Juicy Lucy
A next-level burger stuffed with cheddar cheese, Savage Jerky Bacon Jerky, and seared to perfection in a hot cast-iron pan is a clear winner!
- 1 Package Savage Jerky Uncured Bacon Jerky
- 8oz Ground beef chuck, divided
- 2 Slices cheddar or American cheese
- Soft hamburger buns
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Toppings, as desired
Form two equal patties from the beef, season each side with salt and pepper. Place cheese and bacon jerky in the center of one patty. Place additional patty on top, sealing sides together to create a pocket with cheese and bacon.
Heat a cast iron, or heavy bottom skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tbsp of olive oil to pan and sear burger for 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness. Serve on soft bun with assorted toppings.
