Roasted to golden perfection, these sprouts are tossed with Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and savory bacon jerky for the ultimate crispy bite. Perfect as a side dish or snack, they’re proof that Brussels sprouts can be anything but boring.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Bourbon Glaze Bacon Jerky, chopped
  • 1 ½ lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or preferred oil)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish)
  • ¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
  • Optional: drizzle of balsamic glaze or hot honey for finishing

Directions:

Heat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan over the sprouts, tossing again to coat evenly. This helps the crumbs stick and crisp up while roasting.

Spread sprouts in a single layer, cut side down. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the edges and crumbs are golden brown and crunchy. Remove from oven and toss with chopped bacon jerky while hot — the warmth brings out that smoky, savory flavor. Optional: drizzle with balsamic glaze for a tangy finish or hot honey for a sweet kick. Top with extra Parmesan before serving.
