Maple Cayenne Bacon No-Bake Cheesecakse


A sweet and savory combo you have to try! Don't know what dessert to bring? Too many of the same pies every year? Give this recipe a shot and surprise your friends and family with this quick and easy treat.


  • 1 - package Savage Jerky Maple Cayenne bacon jerky, chopped
  • 16 oz - cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup - powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1 cup - cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp - cornstarch
  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust


In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat mixture with an electric mixer until smooth and fully incorporated, set aside. In a separate bowl combine cornstarch and cold heavy whipping cream and mix for one minute on low, increase mixer to high and continue to beat until stiff peaks form, approximately 3 minutes. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with bacon jerky, reserving 1 tbsp jerky for garnish. Spread the mixture evenly into pie crust, garnish with remaining bacon jerky and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until full set. Cheesecake may be frozen and thawed slightly before serving, if desired.
