This quick and easy mini-quiche appetizer comes together in less than 30 minutes and is perfect for entertaining! Simple ingredients like fresh eggs, cheese and ready-to-bake pie crust makes this recipe attainable for any at-home cook.
Ingredients:
- 1 package Savage Jerky Rosemary & Garlic beef jerky, diced*
- 1 package Pillsbury (or similar) mini-pie crusts
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 2-3 green onions, sliced thinly
- salt and pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º (400º for non-stick muffin pan), in an ungreased muffin pan prepare mini pie crusts for filling.
In a medium bowl, crack eggs, and whisky thoroughly. Add cheese, jerky, green onion, salt and pepper, stir to combine. Fill each pie crust a little more than halfway full and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until eggs are set. Allow to cool in pan for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
