For the truly daring we’ve coupled our fresh cuts of beef with a ghost pepper buffalo sauce. The Bhut Jolokia is 400 times hotter than Tabasco sauce and offers a great, intense heat for this buffalo flavored jerky. We finish it with crushed pepper flake.
