A light and hearty breakfast to fuel any day. Packed with chicken sausage, eggs, and zero sugar bacon jerky!
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Zero Sugar Purely Peppered Bacon Jerky
- 1 chicken sausage link, 8oz (quartered)
- 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tsp ghee or butter
- Grape tomatoes, halved
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Over medium high heat, add sausage pieces to a pan and brown. In a separate pan add ghee and liquid egg whites over medium heat and scramble. Add cooked sausage and tomatoes to the pan of egg whites. Season with salt, pepper, and pepper flakes to taste. Plate in a bowl, add sliced avocado and serve!
