Be a hero to the spring barbecue with this classic side dish that's been packed full of extra flavor with our mild Mojo Jalapeno sauce and our signature herb blend.
- 1 English cucumber, peeled, halved and sliced
- 1/3 cup Savage Jerky Mojo Jalapeno sauce
- 2 tbsp Savage Jerky Herb Blend
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
Prepare marinade by combining lemon juice, lime juice, Savage Jerky Mojo Jalapeno sauce, Dijon mustard and sugar in a small bowl, whisk in Extra Virgin olive oil to combine.
Combine remaining ingredients, including Savage Jerky Herb Blend, in a medium bowl. Pour over marinade, season with salt and pepper and stir to combine. For best results refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving to allow flavors to combine.
